Baked Chicken Fajitas
A pound of boneless, skinless chicken
A (16 ounce) can of diced tomatoes or tomato paste.
1 (5 ounce) can diced pepper.
A single medium sized onion.
A large bell paper, sliced, diced and seeded.
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 teaspoons of curry/chilli powder.
3 tablespoons of garlic (powder)
3 teaspoon-full’s of cumin
1/3 spoonful of salt.
¼ flour tortillas
You need to first pre heat the oven to about 350 degree, grease the baking dish and mix the ingredients into the dish. Add the spice mixture to the chicken to coat. Place it into the oven for about 25 minutes. Serve while warm.
Chicken Noodle Soup
6 Cups of chicken broth
1 onion peeled and finely sliced.
3-4 finely chopped celery stalks.
5 clean, finely chopped carrots.
15 oz of can con.
1 tablespoon of powder garlic.
1 table spoon of salt
1 tablespoon of garlic.
1 cup of egg noodles.
2 cups of skinned, boneless chicken.
Start by adding all the ingredients apart from the noodles. Cook the chicken in a separate pot. Cook on a moderate heat for about 6 hours. Next, add the noodles to the chicken and cook them together for some 30 minutes.
Spinach And Feta Pasta
9 oz of pasta.
27 oz of diced tomatoes.
2 finely chopped onions.
4-7 minced and pressed garlic.
A handful of mushrooms.
5 oz of crumbled cheese.
Place a pot on high heat and bring the water to a boil, add the pasta. On the other burner, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions, mushrooms and garlic. Cook for some 5 minutes, and then add some spinach till tender. Drain the pasta, add some tomatoes, salt and garlic to taste. Serve while still hot.
Egg Whites And Broccoli Rice Cups
A cup of rice.
2 cups of water.
A bunch of broccoli, cut into small pieces.
3/5 cup of low fat cheese.
1/3 a cup of fat free dressing.
5 eggs, slightly beaten.
A table spoon of salt and ginger.
Cook the rice as per the instructions on the package. Place the cooked rice onto a pan and let it slightly cool. Add the remaining ingredients and mix them together. Pour the mixture into some muffin cups. Top up with the 1/5 of the cheese, and bake for some 20 minutes until they turn crispy and serve.
3-6 Boneless, skinless chicken.
1 tablespoon of olive oil.
1 can of mix onion soup.
Rinse the turkey and pat it dry, rub it with the olive oil. Gently pour the onion mix soup onto the turkey until covered. Place the turkey onto a tray and place it into the oven. Cook for between 4 to 5 hours. Enjoy while it’s still hot.
